Privacy Policy

This website is run by FynArc TechWorks Pvt Ltd (“FYN ARC Techworks”, “we”, “us”), 5/143, Narayanamurthy, Sabbavaram, Near Government High School, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 531035, India. We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, and if you choose to add them, your company name and phone number.
• Email, phone and WhatsApp: whatever you include when you contact us directly.
• Client work: if we go on to work together, the business and contact details needed to deliver and invoice the project. That work is also covered by our agreement with you.

Information collected automatically

• Visit statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It records the page, the referring site, country, and browser, device and operating-system type. It does not use cookies. It identifies a visit with a short-lived hash that resets daily and cannot be used to recognise you across days or other sites.
• Performance data: Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load (for example, time to first paint) so we can keep the site fast. It does not use cookies.
• Server logs: our host, Vercel, processes your IP address and request details to serve the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a short period.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive data. Please don’t send passwords, financial details or ID documents through the contact form.

• To reply to your enquiry and talk through your project.
• To prepare proposals and quotes, and to deliver, support and invoice work you engage us for.
• To understand which pages are useful and to keep the website fast and working.
• To keep the site and contact form secure and free of spam.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

When you send us a message, you give it to us so we can reply. We treat that as your consent to use those details for that purpose, as section 6 of the DPDP Act allows. Section 7 also covers data you volunteer for a stated purpose. Where you become a client, we also process data to perform our contract with you and to comply with law.

We do not use your details for marketing emails, and we never sell or rent personal data.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and business:

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website and provides the cookieless analytics and performance tools described above.
• Resend delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google hosts our email inbox (Gmail / Google Workspace).

These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security and privacy terms. We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

Transfers outside India. Some of these providers store or process data in other countries, including the United States. We use only established providers, and we will follow any restrictions the Government of India sets on transfers under section 16 of the DPDP Act.

This site does not set cookies. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) work without them.

Maps: our map of the office stays switched off until you press “Show map”. Only then does your browser load Google Maps, which may set Google’s own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

We also save small preferences in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device:

• fa-theme: whether you picked light or dark mode.

• Enquiries that don’t become projects: we keep them for up to 24 months so we have context if you get back in touch, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
• Client records: for the length of the engagement and afterwards as long as tax, accounting and company law require (generally up to 8 years for financial records).
• Analytics: stored in aggregate form by Vercel.

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to erase it when it’s no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for;
• withdraw consent at any time (this doesn’t affect what we did before you withdrew);
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to; and
• raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

To use any of these rights, email info@fynarctechworks.com from the address you contacted us with. We will reply within 30 days. If you are outside India, you may have similar rights under your local law, and we will honour them where they apply.

The site is served only over HTTPS, the contact form is validated and filtered for spam, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Act requires.

This site is for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. If the change is significant and we have your email address, we will also email you.
